Hello, writer friend.

I just want to say, don’t give up.

Writing is hard and takes a lot out of you. But it also brings forth life. The characters and places you write about bring tears, fears, hope and happiness to your readers.

At times, writers want to give up and not pursue their dream of becoming a successful author. People, things and situations get in the way because life is messy. But, this is one of the reasons why many people read. They want to escape into a world they fit in or excites them. Doesn’t matter if the excitement is horror or first love – it moves the reader on the inside.

What does being a successful author mean to you?

Maybe success is being freed from a 9-5 job that you hate. Perhaps it’s making stacks of cash from book sales. Could be that you want to become a traditional published author. It could even be as simple as making a difference in one person’s life with the words that you write.

You are destined for success. If you haven’t achieved it yet, it’s only a matter of time and putting in the effort to make it happen. Your time and effort are the parts you can do that are in your control.
